Breakfast was very good, always fresh and hot.
Wi-Fi didn't work in the room, but I was offered immediately to change the room. So that was solved promptly.

I loved the friendly staff and enjoyed the great breakfast, making it an ideal spot for my city strolls and visits to nearby attractions like the historic Santa Fe Depot, just a short 500 meters away, and the beautiful International Forest of Friendship, under 3 km from the hotel.

Solo traveler looking for comfort
The staff was friendly and accommodating,,, especially that clerk who made fresh coffee at 4 AM. I encountered some unexpected leak in our bathroom, but the housekeeping lady was super nice and checked on us to make sure we were alright!
It was a bit pricey but overall it was still acceptable.
